Each person has psychic abilities in some form or another however those that have recognised they have ability choose to use them more.

Advanced psychic ability is feasible by using a larger amount of the brain that enhances your intuition and methodical skills. A person who is talented in the ability to feel an object and to see that person or environment is known Psychometric where moving an object is referred to as psycho-kinesis.

You might have heard the term Remote Viewing and this is where a person with ability can see into an environment, picture a person or sequence of events without ever having been there or experienced the events.

Remote Viewing can be defined as being able to see or picture a person, place or thing without being in their presence and finally, telepathy is the ability to talk to a person without physical contact.

Enhancing and improving your intuition and ability to make sound decisions improves your psychic ability.

Increasing concentration and learning to "tune" into the universal mind can sharpen psychic abilities. Believing in your own abilities and the fact that there is some higher power paves the way for you to make advances in developing your psychic abilities.

A simple tuning technique is to sit or lay quietly and listen to your thoughts analysing the messages you are receiving. Have faith in these messages and act upon them or simply remember them to see what they have tried to tell you during your daily activities.
