Make Money With AdsenseUnderstanding the formula of making money with Adsense, now we know that there are three factors that we can control: 1/. Cost per click. 2/. Click Through Rate. 3/. Page Impression. 1/. Cost Per Click - Do you know this can be influenced by the content of your website? If you can make your site to include more content related to higher value keywords, you are more likely to get higher value of cost per click. For example, if you run a site about food, you may get ads about cooking books. So why not extend your site to include things like restaurants and be more specific of the type of foods such as Chinese foods or Japanese foods. Alternatively if you already have an AdWords account you can use the keyword tool to find out the current price of any keyword. Tip! In order to make money with Adsense, you need to find a profitable niche. When you are just starting out, you should pick a niche that you have some interest in. 2/. Click Through Rates - Remember the formula? CTR= Number of people click on ads / Page impression. Think: How likely or what will make a person who visits your web page click on an ads? According to my experience, getting more targeted visitors to your own web page normally result in higher CTR. 3/. Page Impression - This is by far the hardest part and where most will fail. I have tried several different approaches: Traffic Exchanges, Forum Posts, Most Expired Domain Traffic Companies, Banner Exchanges, Safelists...... DO NOT buy into ANY of those methods mentioned above---IT WILL NOT WORK! Why? Ask yourself, where will you go to when you are searching for certain information? THE SEARCH ENGINES. Tip! Finding a clever way to use a valuable but irrelevant keyword at your site is not one of the ways to make money with Adsense. The reason is simple. Do a proper SEO (Search Engine Optimization) on your site using some free SEO manual (e.g SEO Made Easy) and wait for the results......You'll have to be patient here, allow for 3 to 6 months in order to get real targeted traffic from the search engines. That's all there is to it. But as the SEO Manual explains......for this you need back links - and a lot of them! Enrol in link exchange services (there are several) -- search for Free Link Exchange, Automated Reciprocal Link Exchange and stuff like that. Submit your link to several web directories. Submit your article, containing a link to your site, to several article directories. Buy text links and buy cheap targeted traffic from Google Adwords.
